The water bottles were impossible to open!!! The AC malfunctioned, blasting cold air consistently!!! Mosquitoes invaded my room, and the lack of immediate housekeeping assistance was frustrating!!!

the location here is super cool and the staff is reely friendly. had a nice stay in the deluxe king room, everything was clean and comfy. they even helped me out with tips for exploring chennai, which was ace. and the food was yummy too! shout out to ms. diksha for being so nice and sorting out my taxi when i needed it.

but the breakfast could use some more options and i wish the bathroom had a bathtub instead of just a shower.

Had a nice stay for 3 nights. The staff was super friendly and attentive, especially the chef who made breakfast a real treat! The gym was decent too, perfect when I wanted to workout, but the pool was a bit underwhelming. I'd say the place was cozy and clean!
